Forklift battery rated voltage: 2.0V/single cell
Rated voltage of forklift battery pack: 2.0V * number of cells
Open circuit voltage V: The terminal voltage of the forklift battery in the open circuit state. The open-circuit voltage is generally higher than the rated voltage. Forklift battery open circuit voltage V=0.84+ρ sulfuric acid (specific gravity)
Forklift battery gas evolution voltage: 2.4V/single cell
Forklift battery sufficient voltage: 2.75V/single cell
End-of-discharge voltage of forklift batteries: 1.70 V/single cell
Rated capacity of forklift battery: the amount of electricity that the battery can give under certain discharge conditions: C=I*T The product of discharge current and discharge time, in ampere-hours (AH). The rated capacity of the battery on the electric forklift specifies the capacity C5 that is discharged at a discharge rate of 5 hours.
Self-discharge of forklift batteries: The capacity of forklift batteries will gradually decrease during the period of open road shelving, which is the so-called self-discharge phenomenon. Many problems in use and maintenance are caused by the self-discharge of the battery.
Forklift battery life: The time from first use to failure of forklift batteries without repair (e.g. single or integral batteries) Design life, service life (float life, cycle life).
Depth of discharge DOD: 500Ah battery, DOD=80%, corresponding discharge capacity = 0.8*500=400Ah.
Charge factor CF The charge factor is the ratio of the amount of power required to fully charge the battery to the amount of charge previously discharged by the battery. CF=1.1, which means that the charging charge is 110% of the previous discharge of the forklift battery. When CF=1.1, the battery charging capacity = 1.1*400Ah=440Ah.
The appropriate charging coefficient can not only ensure the charging effect, but also save electricity costs.
